Why doesn't the Center for NanoSpace Technologies, Inc. charge for it's associate memberships ?

Two reasons: First, the Center is a NON-PROFIT Research and EDUCATION foundation chartered to provide a wide range of technical information for educational purposes.

Secondly; the associate membership is a brand new concept which is just now gaining momentum.  We have great plans for the nanotechnology Social Networking site which will be following soon.  Look for an all new design and layout for our NanoSpace Community site this Spring.

What is business model for the Center for NanoSpace Technologies, Inc. ?

The Center for NanoSpace Technologies, Inc. supports the "Big 5" industries in the Houston area (Aerospace, Education, Energy, Life Sciences, and Shipping/Transportation).  As a standard process, we meet with industry leaders to find out where the big bottle necks occur.  In general; we find out where industry "itches" and we us emerging technologies to provide the "scratch".
